Forget about buying dim sum from those dire chains, either head to a top restaurant or, even better, whip up the treasures yourself.  Ex-Leiths student and cook Angela Malik runs a school that teaches how to make pork jiaozi dumplings, along with hot-and sour soup and other delights, on March 12.  Her class on May 29 demystifes the art of dim sum.
