New Flavours Tour Chinatown

Jenny Linford founded her own food walks company, Gastro-Soho Tours in 1994. The walks have finished for the wonter and will resume in spring 2009, when an you can expect an interesting programme that looks at Soho's historic food shops and cafes, from I Camisa to Maison Bertaux.

Meanwhile Jenny has joined forces with the Angela Malik Cookery School, offering a journey through Chinatown. Discover how China's different regional cuisines have developed in Soho over the decades. Linford aims to dispel myths about Chinese food and reveals the best places to buy ingredients. The tour ends with dim sum at Imperial China.
