For me great food is to bring together a combination of  tastes and textures into our everyday cooking, without the label of ‘fusion’. This recipe is the embodiment of how I enjoy to cook. Orange, Mint and Red Onion Salad

Traditionally served as part of an Arab mezze this jewel like dish is perfect as part of a starter.   Mezze originate from ancient Persia and mean ‘little taste or relish’, spanning the Mediterranean from Spain to Greece and across the Middle East.
