The secrets of Asian cooking

With a rich variety of cultural food influences, and a growing interest in using new flavours in remarkable diverse regional foods from the sub-continent, the Angela Malik Cook School helps you to discover and learn to cook Asian cuisine. Using spices and herbs that are much more subtle and delicate than Western ingredients Angela and her Asian cookery courses will show you how to prepare, cook and present inspirational dishes for everyday cooking. You will also get an insight into a few tricks of the trade such as how to cook perfect fluffy rice each and every time. Angela’s recipes are as easy to follow as Delia Smith or Jamie Oliver but with an inspirational exotic twist.

Our multicultural way of living is now reflected in the food we cook at home, or experience in restaurants on the high street, and this is shown in the Angela Malik Cook School range of cookery courses and recipes. Angela’s knowledge of Asian food and cooking is extensive from making a fifteen-minute Thai Curry to simply spicing up fish or meats with coriander and spices.
