The Angela Malik company offers two cook schools based at the Angela Malik school head quarters at our historic and beautiful property Gaynes Hall in the heart of Cambridgeshire and our second at our new purpose built West London Cook School in Acton. Both venues can offer the perfect solution for events and training days with the theme sitting around South East Asian cooking and food.

Asian cookery training – a sensory delight

We have an innovative and versatile event management team who can help with all of your team building and training requirements whether it be an activity day learning to cook Dim Sum or team building activity within our beautiful Gaynes Hall grounds or even attending a Gastro Shopping extravaganza in the City to see which team gets back to base with all the ingredients first, we can arrange, run and manage it all.

Cooking training for team building

Joining a class at the Angela Malik cookery school is a sensory and educational experience, and will help you to create and learn to cook delicious Asian cookery recipes. Cooking this type of food is a real art form and requires concentration & dedication to the task in hand lending itself perfectly to team training activities. During a course Angela will work around our five senses: Touch, Taste, Smell, Sight and Hearing, as well as considering the underlining value that food should be good for you but great to cook and experience especially as a team. Angela’s knowledge of the cookery training of Asian food is extensive and she demonstrates basic techniques and explains informatively how food has evolved in the regions of Asia over the years.
