Indian Pesto Fragrant Chicken Curry
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 x Pot of Angela Malik Fragrant Indian Pesto
- 2 Tablespoons of Plain Yogurt or Cème fraiche
- 2 Chopped Chicken Breasts
- 100ml of water
Method
Gently heat 4 tablespoons of Angela Malik's Fragrant Indian Pesto in a saucepan
Add 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt or crème fraiche and continue heating. Add 2 chopped chicken breasts to the pan with 100ml of water to make a sauce. Cook until chicken is tender Season to taste.
Serve with warmed naan bread, basmati rice, or for something different serve with a jacket potato.
