Lamb Kofta Kebabs

I want to share with you a dish that is loved by all my family; the children wrap up the kebabs in warm chappati breads whilst the rest of us enjoy these succulent kebabs with steamed basmati rice, cucumber and mint yoghurt chutney and a green salad.

Roast Aubergine with Pomegranates

Traditionally served as part of an Arab mezze this jewel like dish is perfect for sharing as part of a starter.   Mezze originate from ancient Persia and mean ‘little taste or relish’, spanning the Mediterranean from Spain to Greece and across the Middle East. I particularly love this communal style of eating and sharing food.  Why not try it with warm pitta and nan breads or as a side accompanyment to a main dish.
