Dear Angela, Bethany and the rest of the gang, I just wanted to say a great big thank you to you all. My Dad and I had such a blast last Friday on your Thai Dinner Party course. We both felt you were all very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and lovely people, but most of all feel like we received a great education in a short space of time.  I have already hinted that another course would make a great pressie.

I have been a shopping fool at the oriental supermarket and Dad and I are treating the rest of the family to a Thai Dinner Party tomorrow night, can't wait!

I recently went on Angela Malik’s Thai Cookery course with a friend; they are able to accommodate allergies if you let them know in advance. Thai cooking contains no or very little dairy as they use coconut milk instead, and few meals contain nuts. On the day we went they reassured us that all was safe and we left enthused with Thai spirit and the smell of Thai Green Curry in our nostrils. It was a super day out; we went to a large hyper market which stocked all the basic ingredients for Thai, Chinese and Indian cooking, then returned to the cook school to learn how to cook a few basic dishes. I have cooked Thai Green curry twice since the course and it’s so amazing to be able to eat really tasty spicy food in the safety of my own home.
