Her extensive experience spans all areas business from bootstrapping restaurant start-ups, raising institutional investment for concept chains, to advising c-suite contract catering industry leaders. Angela is now a leading global strategy and innovation consultant working with SME & blue-chip companies on creation of new, digital-led, profitable commercial verticals in a fast-changing business landscape. As an advisor and board member on the influential Mayor of London’s Food Board she is a trusted go-to contact on the impact of Brexit and other government policy on UK business. Angela is a sought-out thought leader in the industry speaking and writing internationally on diversity, sustainability and the emerging ‘foodtech’ biosphere. She is a recognised broadcaster and award-winning culinary trainer.
